Good day team. Once again I thank you for taking time out of your busy schedules to attend this meeting. I wanted to take this time to get everyone up to date on the incredible work you all are doing with our creation NovaStar Transportation. One great indicator is our clients list. As you can see, our clients list has grown since our last staff meeting. But the true measure of worth in a transportation company is its level of activity, and as you can also see nearly every one on that list is either completed or working towards completion. novastartransportation.freeforums.org/new-clients-transportation-requests-f7.html The only ones that aren't are brand new customers. This is crucial information for you all, especially those that are not frequently in our forums. I know that hyper travel can be grueling and even monotonous at times. So I feel that all of should see the accomplishments of your time consuming travels. Every second you put into hyper space travel brings us one step closer to our ultimate goal of faction status and a solid and secure future for ourselves and our new recruits. I can't express how humble you all make me. Thank you for your efforts. Our clients thank you also.
Speaking of the future I would like you all to welcome some new additions to our team: Vladamir Nicoli, Lyxzen Mere, and Zijiu Jik-ka. novastartransportation.freeforums.org/our-team-t28.html Their additions to the team will allow us to accept even more clients at one time and reach even further edges of our known galaxy. This will mean growth and prosperity for our organization and all those involved in it. Now our growth this month will mean bonuses again. However due to new operations and investments, which will be discuss momentarily, only regular employees will be receiving bonus installments. I do not want this to make our trusted freelancer feel slighted. Your contributions are appreciated. But you may understand after hearing the magnitude of our investments into our future, which we will go into now.
A lot of my admiration for you all comes from the fact that you are hanging in there with a small company instead of running for the big paycheck in the stuffy conglomerate factions. All of you have the skills and ability to prosper anywhere and you chose us. This shows that you are sentients with vision. So it is the duty and the responsibility of the Board of Directors to keep your visions from becoming stagnant. So we have injected substantial funds into a couple of projects. First is our venture into expanding our medical infrastructure. This includes medical vessels, personnel, medical droids, supplies and facilities. Also is our goal to build our other 3 cities which will bring extra residual income that will fund employee needs:

I have tried to create a system where the company provides all necessary equipment. While we have provided some things, I realize that more experience will require more specialized items. I want to stick to my wish of providing these things at company cost. The facility incomes from these cities will go completely for that purpose and that purpose alone. Both of these endeavors, the medical infrastructure and the construction will require massive amounts of Raw Materials and we have just met the financial needs to acquire these resources.
The final investment is the largest goal on our horizon. We have decided to throw our hat into the military NPC market. The cost of NPCs plus equipping them with weapons and armor, which will make them more desirable on the market has proven to be quite an investment - but research has shown that if handled properly this can become a lucrative producer of capital. These plans are in the initial stage and more information will be available as things develop.
Well you can get an idea of our plans and our ideas. But we can never forget our core responsibilities. It's often said that you can't get to where your going if you don't know where you came from. Transportation, service and activity are what has made these things possible. We can never forget how we started and allow our service to our clients to EVER falter or fade away. And I have confidence in all of you. Enough confidence to declare another 100,000 credit pay raise for all regular employees.....the bonus mentioned earlier. I will send 100,000 credits to all employees now and then that amount will automatically be added to your monthly paychecks starting with next month's payroll. The only pilots that do not qualify for the raise are Lyxzen Mere and Zijiu Jik-ka and this is only due to time of service. They have only just started with the company but in communicating with them on a one on one basis I'm sure that they too will rise with the company as the rest of you have.
