Good afternoon. First I would like to thank all of you for attending. I can't emphasize enough how important it is for our future that we come together like this every now and then as a show of unity and it compels me to repeat, yet again, the broken record tht I repeatedly try to beat into your heads --- YOU are NovaStar. This isn't some weak attempt at self deprecating humility. In fact I'm getting more and more confident with my ability as your leader the more I learn each day. No, that statement...YOU are NovaStar... is pure fact because being a solid team is the only way a company like ours survives. You all humble me with your faith and as always I continue to do all I can to honor that faith.
Next I'd like to welcome a few honored guests that have been invited to attend this conference. These are a few that I consider friends and associates to our cause and our ambitions, and I think everyone in our pack should know who they are. Now we will not go into any highly sensitive information of course but that should not diminish the fact that these are individuals that I do extend the promise of cooperation to should they ever be in need and I would like the rest of our pack to do the same. And in preserving our nature as a truly neutral entity we hold strong with any that consider us associates be it through personal or business related endeavors. Once a Hound, always a Hound - Once a friend, always a friend. So take the time to acknowledge:

I call these meetings periodically to keep the pack informed of the movements of the company you call home. Of course there are times of need know information but for the most part I like everyone to know everything allowed within security reasons that is going on. This enables us all to move in one direction at the same time...strength in numbers in a way. so I will start out with a few minor things then get a little deeper as we move along.
CHAIN OF COMMAND
This is something that I always hoped that we could avoid but as we grow it becomes more and more important and evident that we need delegation to ensure everything moves efficiently. I have been told this day would come and I have dreaded it, lol. However it is for good reason. Your hard work has caused many spurts in our growth so we have implemented a few positions -
LEADER and CEO - Damij Maximus
SECOND IN CHARGE - Mitrais Nemesi
LEAD HOUND - Jimi Sparkle
LEAD HOUND and DIRECTOR OF TRAINING - Tebbo Vang
The only thing that has changed really are the Lead Hound positions. this is to assist the leaders with making sure everyone (client and pack member) is getting the attention and respect they nee during our day to day operations. It's really basically divide and conquer...we divide the work to oversee, then it gets done. There is another new position that has been implemented. With our growth comes the need to keep precise records of income versus expense. and for that purpose we have selected Carl Winter's as company accountant and bookkeeper. This will ensure that we continue to move forward. I know you all say you do it for the love but I'll keep it real with you.......we are all gonna put a few more credits in our pocket. Prosperity will be for all of us, not just the few.
OUR NEW MASCOT
It has come to my attention that most teams have a mascot or creature that becomes a known symbol for that team. Yes I am aware that we call ourselves Hounds but when have you known me to do things the conventional way? So for that reason I have chosen the exact polar opposite and would like you to meet Sugar, our new mascot (pictured at a remote location where I allow her to exercise:

Beautiful isn't she? She is a Corellian Sand Panther and I will send links to you concerning all the information you need about this species of large cat:

A sweet girl and partially tame...just don't move too quickly in my general direction. She's become quite protective.
RELOCATION
Yes...it seems that due to circumstances beyond our control we will be leaving the Bilbringi Sector. Now this troubles me deeply...I have "grown up" in this sector and have been responsible for much of its development. But out of respect and concern for the safety of my team I will not throw around my personal feelings. I am aware of the loyalty many of you have to me and our company and wouldn't want any of you to run into anyone involved and pick any fights. Well in honesty I would cheer for you at the top of my lungs...but we will fore go such displays and maintain our integrity.

Anyway, we are moving our assets to a new home and will be splitting our efficiency and our assets between two systems:
Kokash (Planet Morath Beta) and Binquaros (Planet Binquaros). There is still plenty of room there for us to grow and as a matter of fact our holdings in Binquaros will enable us to finally begin our production operations with our sister organization The Octagon League. It has been a long time coming for us to begin our operations in Octagon and I thank those of you that have taken their time to hold down the fort there until we could begin it's dominance. And now the time has come. So those of you that are specifically interested in the production field please contact me personally through DM and we will get you started. Let's jump in with both feet and bring Octagon to the status we have raised NovaStar.
