good day gentlemen. i would like to thank u all for taking the time to make this meeting. i just want to start off at the top by saying Good Job. i was going to go into some long monologue about ur perseverence to rise above the blah, blah, blah....but then i realized that u guys arent like that. u Hounds see a mission, take the mission, complete the mission, then ask for another. simple, plain, to the point. so im not going to insult u with fluff and colorful words....so Good Job. Thank You.
now, on to the status of our company. its starting to look like our reputation is spreading. as u can see from our client list we are getting more and more delivery requests from a diverse group of sentients. the most valuable of those requests are our repeat customers. ((Out Of Character: this shows trust which is something hard to come by in the Combine. so u can see that even though this is just a game, ur in character actions created RL out of character effects. thats big stuff.)) i think its safe to say that we wont have any problems keeping our client list full and active. the only problems i can forsee us having is keeping up with our new requests. and thats a great problem to have if u ask me.
considering that it is the pilots that keep us afloat as a unit i would like to introduce a couple of additions to our team. the first is a full member to NovaStar Transportatio, Nero 'ut Erus. he is the newest Hyper Hound and his enthusiasm about rising through the ranks is more than welcome.
we also have two sentients putting in fantastic work as freelance contractors. one is Vann Cleef and the other is Bel Ibass, an associate of Todd Wraithson and the Commex corporation. these individuals embody teamwork and cooperation and i am honored that they have agreed to work with us on case by case basis.
in light of the hard work and current growth of our company i have decided that u all, freelancers and new recruit included, are getting a bonus this month on top of ur regular pay. each sentient involved with NovaStar Transporation will receive a 500,000 credit bonus in appreciation for ur tenacity. and speaking of bonuses, i know that u guys are that u keep ur own tips. well dont scoff at that. thats an opportunity. matter of fact i just received a tip from a client that Buck Hawk took care of recently. she was so pleased with his quickness and efficiency that she has sent a 1,000,000 credit tip for him.way to go Hound! im sending ur credits now.
so thats about it for now. another couple months like our first couple and im sure we will see our first raise in salaries which is a mile stone for any scrappy budding organization. while we are small, i am comfortable with the pace with which we are progressing. i would like to see more action int he forums and more attendance in the irc chat room (#novatrans) but with things moving the way they are no one is going to hear me bitch about anything. just keep up the hustle boys and no one is going to receive any grief form me. actually, i cant thank u enough for ur support and ur faith in our leadership. Thaleon Luxetz, Dru Snotz and i all salute u. now lets get back out there and handle our business.
