Welcome to NovaStar Transportation. We are a full service transportation company that will handle all of your transportation and logistic needs with professionalism and efficiency. Below is a draft of our Company Policy. While we strive to follow this policy with every order, we do understand that situations and sentients are plentiful and the galaxy is infinite. There are times when this policy will need to be altered in extreme circumstances. In the spirit of Customer Service we will handle any special circumstances on a case by case basis.
Company Policy:
- Rates for pick-up/delivery are 2,500,000 credits for multiple Sector travel. While it does not matter how CLOSE the two Sectors are to each other (advantage us), it also does not matter how FAR the two Sectors are from each other (advantage you). This policy has been implemented to try and promote repeat business which is the life's blood of any company. With multiple requests the "CLOSEs" and the "FARs" will begin to even out thus creating a fair and satisfactory frequent customer/provider arrangement
- Our rate will remain the same 2,500,000 limit for multiple items/characters/NPCs/droids in the same location. (ex. pick up 5 crates all at the same location and dropped off in the same location - rate 2,500,000). However multiple ships in the same location will increase the rate depending on the number of ships, at a discount of 1,000,000 credits per extra ship. (ex. 5 sprints at the same location will be 2,500,000 for the first, 1,500,000 for the second, 1,500,000 for the third, etc.). Frequent and preferred customers may have additional discounts which can be discussed at the time of contract negotiations. And nothing is written in stone until the agreement is final. Feel free to negotiate. We want your business more than we want your credits.
- NovaStar Transportation requires half of agreed payment up front when contract has been negotiated. Second half of payment is not required until you see your belongings safely delivered to designated drop of coordinates.
- DO NOT send first half of fee until you receive a DM stating that a pilot has been assigned to your order. This gives you, the client, the freedom to move on to another more efficient mode of delivery, should it pop up, without the need to break contracts or deal with messy refunds. Posting your delivery request on our forum boards simply puts you into our line up as a serious customer and does not lock you into any contractual obligations to NovaStar Transportation or its affiliates. Convenience and freedom of choice is what we embrace at NovaStar.
- NovaStar is a neutral organization reserves the right to service any race, religion and/or Government organization.
- While not required, we do appreciate gratuity (tips) given to our pilots should you see fit. If you feel the pilot deserves any extra gratuities please DO NOT send them to NovaStar Transportation or Damij Maximus. Please send them directly to the pilot assigned to your order.
- In the event of ANY form of scamming or breach of contract, NovaStar reserves the right to cease and desist all services and agreements. You will also be listed in our database and will not receive services from NovaStar again for any reason.
