Good day team. As always I would like to thank you for taking the time to listen to yet another of my long winded speeches. I get that from my maternal side of my family. But it is important to understand the importance of these addresses is to instill that living entity called unity, to ensure everyone is thinking and acting in the same forward direction, and to solidify our commitment to our cause. I look at my communications panel and I am humbled at the amount of manpower that has materialized before me since we first started. It sometimes feels like yesterday when this company was just 4 or 5 of us making 300,000 credits per month on nothing but a hope and a dream trying to make a name for ourselves. Now we have grown into a solid team of capable sentient beings - and now i would like to acknowledge our entire active roster for the benefit of those that have not met all of their team mates and to let our visitors to our forum know exactly whom lives, works (and is PROTECTED) under the umbrella of NovaStar:

Quite a list which brings me to our next issue. I'm sure some of you have noticed a change in communication with me. What was once constant daily contact has now decreased. This is because YOUR efforts and contributions have magnified our progress to the point where it is getting more and more difficult for me to handle all of this on my own. While I am confident in my abilities I have to be honest....there are times when I wonder how I've gotten us this far. But this is a good thing because it is nothing more than the natural process of growth for a company. If I could just continue running all operations on my own forever that would mean we aren't growing. So it is for this reason, and with much consideration, that I have decided to break our operations into sections and have appointed certain individuals into position to function as heads of these departments. These choices were made with regard to experience level, understanding of their assigned departments, activity level, and yes enthusiasm. that is one thing that will stand in the top three deciding factors in my decision making concerning individuals on our team. There can be a Hound going for a job that has greater experience than another Hound going for the same job. But the job will probably go to the sentient that WANTS it more. While I am stepping back from running "everything" I will never temper my feelings that I have a great responsibility to all of you to make sure you feel like you are getting the most that you can from spending your time with me and our little piece of the galaxy here, and part of that is making sure (whenever I can..I wouldn't hurt the company with poor decisions) that I get members where they WANT to work instead of just blindly assigning Hounds to random duties. The moment you feel unappreciated, discontent, unsatisfied, or (even worse) bored, then the blame falls to your leadership and for the moment that is me. Everything I do, every decision that I make, it is to ensure that I'm always trying to maintain a strong foundation that you all can feel honored to be a part of now and in the future. So without further ado, I present to you the first Department Heads in NovaStar history:
RECRUITING (In charge of contacting fresh recruits, new or experienced, to assist in our goals and aspirations. Also in charge of getting new recruits equipped, trained, and prepared for delivery missions or deployment to their designated duties): Tebbo Vang
PROCUREMENT (In charge of acquiring all necessary assets needed by the company as decided by the CEO. Does have freedom and budget to make on the spot calls when the time arises but only in the spirit of advancement of NovaStar): Mitraise Nemesi
MEDIC (In charge of organization, inventory and dispensing of all medical supplies within the NovaStar organization. Also in charge of maintenance of all NovaStar medical ships, vehicles, and facilities. Will also operate as in the field Combat Medic during times of combat and/or war): Mahiya Clouddancer
EXTERIOR ADVANCEMENT (In charge of acquiring and establishing ownership of any new territory that may be discovered by NovaStar and its affiliates): Xislaar Kandar
And before I announce the last decided position I would like to display the Departments that still need someone to step up and take the reigns:
LOGISTICS (yep....taking control of our bread and butter...our transportation operation. That means taking care of our existing clients (making sure the deliveries from our request board are taken care of and the ones that are not started receive constant communication to assure them that we have not forgotten them), finding new clients (through advertising and networking), assigning each active Hound to their specific missions and making sure all information about their activities are current in their mission folders), and displaying our organization in a good light at all times.)
CONSTRUCTION (will handle the planning assigning and execution of all NovaStar related construction operations and any trade facility operations that we are hired for for other companies that hire us. Also, there are times when sentient beings may have to "hop" over to our faction to accomplish their needs and this department will ensure that they have all necessary privs and comforts to complete their missions. The head of this department will also ensure that all Hounds in this department stay busy and occupied during times when there is no construction going on by absorbing missions from our delivery request boards.
MILITARY/SECURITY (This department will take care of the training, staging and activating of our ground and naval forces. There have already been two Hounds that have expressed an INTENSE interest in leading this sector. Still to be determined.)
Those three departments above still need competent, serious individuals that are willing to step up and take control. The departments that have selected officers will receive personal DMs from me with suggestions on how to set up their Departments for optimal efficiency and productivity. But this will only be suggestions from me. Remember...this is a new company. We have never done this before. What I want and need from each of our officers is imagination, creativity, and motivation. You are creating something new, something groundbreaking as far as our existence is concerned. I am in need of ideas and designs of how these Departments should be structured. In this arena all of you are just as smart (probably smarter) than me,...so let's see what you got. Go Get It!!

Now the next assignment is probably one of the most important decisions I've made in my entrepreneurial career...my Second in Command for NovaStar. This will be the one that will handle the company in my absence. He will have a hand in every department and have the ability to move about the company with impunity. While each individual Department Head will have jurisdiction over their specific Departments, the 2IC will have the rights and privileges to make decisions that affect the entire organization as a whole. anything that comes from him shall be treated as if it came directly form the CEO. I don' bring this up to fear monger any over our already proven Hyper Hounds...I bring up these things to show you what kind of trust I have in this individual...and I want you to know that you all can trust him as I do. He helped me start this company, not financially or with assets, but by being our very first pilot. The first Hyper Hound before the term Hyper Hounds was ever thought of. He took a leave for some period of time but decided to come back after his time in the galaxy showed him that he appreciates accomplishment and commune more than empty credits....his words, not mine. And I can't tell you how happy it made me that he decided to return on his own terms. It is an honor. So ladies and gentle-sentients,...I present to you our second in Command of NovaStar Transportation and Trading.....Serah Hawk********

I feel good about this situation and all of you should too. As a token of appreciation for his service to this company I also am awarding him with an exclusive Ring of the Pack. This ring symbolizes his commitment to NovaStar and all things regarding our success. If there ever comes a time where we part ways we hope that you will take the ring with you, Serah, as a reminder of the good things you helped achieve during your stay with us....but let's not jump ahead too far. Congratulations.
